CIPS General Manager is Toastmaster of the Year for District 81P for 2006-2007
CIPS General Manager, Annette Robotham, received the award of Toastmaster of the Year for District 81P.
The announcement was made on July 28, 2007. Annette is the first Toastmaster to receive the Competent Leader designation from the new manual in Jamaica.
